Development Operations

Provides daily support for code and rating errors, mapping issues, and minor development tasks. Collaborating with the Development and Transactions departments, they identify and correct code errors. This expert team specialises in system engineering within the Microsoft .Net framework.

Product Development

Crucial to the organisation, creates and enhances insurer products to meet client requirements. They also support policy loading and premium collection on the system. This team, proficient in Crystal Reports, Transactions, Development, and SQL, possesses specialised insurance knowledge.

Reports Management

Handles standard reports for various stakeholders, customises reports to specific needs, and enables clients to extract their own reports. They also implement developer changes and provide customer support for reporting queries.

Using Crystal Reports to generate clear documentation from SQL data for clients, we capitalise on the latest technologies within the system’s scope. This includes document types like schedules, letters, and email templates. External communication can be integrated into the system, whether as dynamic documents pulling data from the system or selected static documents.

Transactions

Manages the system’s financial section, creates automated renewals and correspondence for clients, and resolves system run time errors. They collaborate with all departments, particularly the Reports department, to ensure financial integrity. This competent team also provides general system support.
